Aminah joined LKW Solicitors as a Trainee Solicitor in May 2022. Previously having completed her Undergraduate in LLB (Scots) Law and thereafter her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde. She has a keen interest in Family law and represents client’s in Sheriff Courts around Scotland on all family law matters, including relocation, residence, contact and protective orders.

Aminah’s calm and measured approach inspires confidence in clients who may be in highly stressful situations. She is emphatic and focus on the client’s needs whilst providing pragmatic and clear advice. Aminah is fluent is Urdu and Punjabi, and therefore is able to utilise her language skills to the benefit of clients.
